We all love summer and we all love Peonies don’t we!
The Chinese call the Peony the king of flowers or the Flower fairy – isn’t that lovely? The traditional floral symbol of China, the Peonies are known as the flower of riches and honour. With their lush, full, rounded bloom, peonies embody romance and prosperity and are regarded as an omen of good fortune and a happy marriage.
Peonies are mainly available at the end of April/early May until August. If you are getting married during other months of the year do not despair – ask me about alternatives that have a similar look.
Peonies are available in red, subtle soft pink, hot pink, coral and white.
