Terms and Conditions
Consultations are free and will take place in my home or a venue of your choice. This is an informal meeting to discuss your ideas and to help you choose flowers /designs for your wedding. You are very welcome to bring along someone such as partner, Mum or best friend.
Following your consultation meeting I will give you a quote for consideration. Once you have agreed this quote I will send you a formal quote and the terms and conditions.
Quote, contract and payment
Your formal quotation is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent to you. If you choose to book and pay your deposit after this time there may be a need to re- quote.
Prices will include VAT and there will be no hidden charges. If there is a delivery charge this will be clearly documented.
Prices quoted will take into consideration a premium for weddings occurring around Valentine’s Day and Mother’s day.
A non-returnable £100 deposit is required to secure the booking and the date. This deposit will be deducted from the final fee.
No binding contract will exist until you accept the quote in writing and we have confirmed receipt of the booking and the deposit.
The final payment (less £100 deposit) is due one calendar month prior to the wedding date.
Cancellation made in writing within 90 days of booked event – No deposit refundable
Cancellation made in writing within 60 days of booked event – No deposit refundable and an administration charge of £50 will be applicable.
Cancellation made in writing within 30 days of booked event- No deposit refundable and 50% of the balance will be required.
Cancellation made in writing within 14 days of booked event – Full balance will be required.
As fresh flowers are a living product there are occasions that a particular flower may be unavailable. Whilst every effort will be made to source the product, sometimes this may not be possible, in which case we reserve the right to use a similar flower in place of one previously chosen.
We order your flowers approximately 10-14 days in advance of your wedding after which no major changes can be made to content or quantity.
Deliveries are free within 10 miles of TF43BE. Deliveries outside this area may be charged and this will be clearly stated in the quotation.
Deliveries can be made to two locations following discussion and will be clearly documented.
The order is deemed as received once the delivery arrives at the agreed location/s.
Payment terms are according to the invoice.
Vases and containers are supplied on a loan basis only and at no time are owned by the client with exception of those provided by the client.
Any damage caused to the vases or containers must be paid for by the client at current market prices.
Arrangements delivered may be photographed for use on Rustic Wedding Flowers promotion material unless specifically stated otherwise by the client.
Responsibility and privacy
We are not responsible for injuries or damages sustained as a result of broken glass or materials. Liability is limited to replacement of supplied goods and no responsibility will be accepted for any consequential loss.
When you place an order with us or make an online enquiry we gather certain information which you submit, including an address and contact details that we require to action your request. We will not sell, lend or disclose your information to any third party other than for the dispatch of your order.
Hire of equipment

When hiring the vintage bicycle at no time must the bicycle be ridden and no responsibility will be taken for any injuries sustained whilst using the bicycle. The bicycle is for display purposes only and must be stored safely in a secure place by 9pm during the evening of the wedding until such time it is collected
